Re: Tournament Wars: Summer War Semi-Final Rewards Quarter finals, and it states in that post (you must have missed) "Description: Only semi-finalists of the 2012 Summer Tournament possess this rare armor." So, only the winning clan, ie semi-finalists can earn the equipment. Losers, they have to settle for just the reward listed earlier.
