  1. From this point forward account resets are no longer supported. While this change may come as a bit of a shock, the goal is to improve the experience of players in Kingdoms at War.

The original purpose of resetting an account was to provide players who had reached the end of the game the opportunity to continue their gameplay by starting fresh with various reset bonuses. As Kingdoms at War has grown over the years, extending progression and providing players with new content, the idea of resetting to extend progression is no longer viable.

Many resets ultimately resulted in players contacting support in an attempt to recover their accounts at a later time. The reasons for resets varied; from players being farmed until they reset, to players trying to get around silences, and even players attempting to negatively impact others and the game economy. All of these are actions that negatively affect the game, community, and playerbase.

As such, after considering all of these facts we've made the decision to disable resets at this time.
