  5. Uninstall and reinstall the game, this should fix the issue. Worked for me

  6. Never got the first key or chest..then it pops one up today without a key lol so a day late and a dollar short and still nothing corrected  except bs answers in feedbacks

  8. Try to sell a key then buy a key

    Or make sure you got the most recent patch
