Start a ticket and ask them through there, you can do that by clicking the ape with the headphones on in the menu and click new ticket.
You need to put in a help ticket. The help button on ios, ape in the lower left on android, or feedback in lower left on pc. They'll ask you a few questions for you to answer to prove the account is yours.
