I'm not sure how you define "harassing" for your tou kaw_admin, but farming is definitely harassment. Kinda weird to hear you separate the two.
This is the situation as I see it. The mods, like the rest of us, are players. But by bringing their status as mods into the fight, ATA was brought in. The mods don't silence you for farming them, you shouldn't be a jackass and bring their mod status into your 1/clanV1. Hit them as players, not mods, and there's no violation of any terms. That is what kaw_admin (I believe) has been trying to say.
To KAW_ADMIN, I have something to say about this issue, first of all, I love this game, so I will support this game, but I have agree with the people from new age, this game is gone a little out of control recently, the game is part of our life, but not suppose all of our life, lately the changes and new stuff of this game has consume too much of people’s rl, time and money, I do support the spending money on the game, I have no problem to spend $20 - $30 a month on this game, but to my competitive nature, this is not nearly enough to others who spend thousands, like those people said, to be on the LB, you have to spend hundreds even thousands dollars every month, I understand some people have money to spend, but I have seen this cause some people rl issue, I have seen people broke up with their Bf/GF, I have seen people having trouble with their family because of it, this is not the sprit of the game, soon, most of the player will lose their interest of this game, soon this game will become rich people’s game, when that happens, even those rich people will lose their interest. So, as my personal opinion, this game should be everybody’s game, make this game enjoyable to everyone, not just those rich people. To New age, I understand you stand point, and agreed with you, but I don’t agreed with you to take on the mods, they just like you and me, a player to play this game, but with more responsibility to make this game better, they spend a lot time for this game, I doubt it if they get paid, to farm or strip them, it not gonna make this game better, it is virtual money you stripped, but it takes a lot of their time and real money to earn it, and they did nothing but try to help to make this game better. People play this game differently, I like EE because I think it is suit my style, play and enjoyed few hour a week and still keep my RL untouched, I don’t have too much time to do OSW, and I can make some friend even from other side of competition, but OSW is part of game, you enter it either you want it or not, I DO NOT think new age should be punished because of it. from their OP, I did NOT see anything that violated the TOU of this game, they should not be banded nor warned, they too just want make this game better, if they think the game is not worth to play anymore , they can just simply quit. Like I said early, I have seen many player quit either because it take too much of their time or cost too much of their money. So my point is, New Age, we heard you voice, I hope devs can understand you like I do, but please stop these nonsense on the mods. Devs, please read carefully what OP write, if you want make this game long term profit rather short term gold rush, consider what they suggested, make this game enjoyable to everybody!!

Making threats against staff or moderators should result in a warning, but after the next violation, then a permanent ban. Messing around with tons of warnings is useless, and encourages everyone to push the limits.

This is a circus. • NA will farm mods due to their unhappiness with KAW's direction. • Within that statement, they made mention to specific events created by ATA as a cause for their actions. • They got warned. I don't see the warning as unfair, kaw_admin is being transparent....as promised. NA is also playing the game as they see fit. So NA is farming mods because they want everyone to be LB without having to pay anything (or just not as much as it currently costs)? So by that reasoning then only through hard work could you get to be LB. But that doesn't solve the new players being able to hit LB players....
