Hello everyone, We wanted to provide you with an update on the war balance changes we’ve been working on. Over the past few weeks we've shared news with you that we have been working hard towards a solution to these problems but beyond that we haven't given too many details. With the new building levels that have recently launched, we've seen concerns from several of you that these new buildings will only make this issue worse and we understand your concerns. Because of this we wanted to provide you with an update on our progress with this issue. We're almost at the point where we're ready to bring these changes to the game but we've still got a bit of testing to complete so while we can't give an exact time frame just yet here’s what we’re working on: Equipment's effect on war As plunder is associated with the differences in your build/strength this means that guild hansels (and other builds) have a significant plunder advantage against each other. By including equipment in this calculation during wars the difference between these builds will be reduced and help to better balance plunder rewards between varying builds. Scaling Bonuses from Equips Many players boost their soldier defence with equipment. As BFE is static like BFA, this means that they can unload all of their spies and still have a decent amount of soldier defence to counter attacks. By making BFE scale with combined troop count, this will make these players more vulnerable to attacks. Plunder Differences Between Builds By placing a restriction on the plunder earned from each action between varying builds we will limit the more extreme cases of plunder differences between builds of differing strengths. Ally Bonus Cap Part of the current matching issues comes down to the fact that players can hire additional allies after matchups are made. By placing a cap on the BFA after matchups take place players will no longer be able to manipulate this system to gain the upper hand. Once again, these are some of the things we've been working on. We don't have an exact date just yet but we promise to let you know as soon as we have any more news.
Positive changes to the current war system. This should nerf some current abuse prior match up and make guiild hansel builds weaker. I'm glad the devs are cleaning some of the things in war which make the game less fun. My question now is, what will the devs add via gametypes? Anything new or will season 4 be the same as previous seasons, with just new rewards?
Hmmmm.... scaling the bfe seems a bit harsh, hitting from pin is common in wars and it will be much harder to get past pots without bfe
Is the scaling bfe only in EE? Because if its also outside off EE it makes it useless against strips And i didnt work hard to get this 80 mil spy defense for nothin
So... Making it so they can't buy allies during EE, or just that the allies get buy won't effect the wars BFA stats?
Most sh uneq so your fixes wont make a diff. Main thing is to lock bfa and ally hires too. Lots of talk but still not fixed.People will just war with no eq

Bfa not counted so just war naked and still can get good plunder against mids.high bfa sh will still get good payout since plunder will not take bfa into effect
