  1. These forums are intended to be an inviting place for players to socialize with each other and discuss Kingdoms at War. To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience we encourage everyone to read over the Forum Code of Conduct and act accordingly.

The following is a list of general activities that are prohibited on the forums.

    Inappropriate Language
Using language that is inappropriate, profane, vulgar, hateful, or otherwise discriminatory is prohibited. This includes terms that refer to an individual or group in a demeaning context. Attempts to bypass the language filter are also prohibited.

    Inappropriate Content
Please keep all discussions free of content or behavior that could be deemed as inappropriate. This includes obscene, harmful, illegal, and adult content, as well as Terms of Use breaking discussions.

    Spam
Creating duplicate threads, posting nonsensical messages, excessive bumping, or otherwise flooding the forums is seen as spam and is prohibited. Threads that are deemed as spam may be either locked or removed at the moderator’s discretion.

    Personal Information
We respect the privacy of all of our players, and as such disclosing personal information of yourself or others is prohibited. Examples of prohibited personal information include last name, address, email address, phone number, private conversations, or any other information that may be personally identifiable. Posting pictures of yourself is allowed, however you do so at your own discretion and understand the risks involved.

    English
We understand players may speak a number of different languages, however as English is the official language of these forums we require all discussions be in English so that we may properly moderate them.

External Links and Third Party Products
Providing links to external websites is permitted as long as they are relevant to the topic being discussed. However, linking to content that violates the Forum Code of Conduct as well as links to referral programs, “free product” offers, links that can be considered advertising, and the like are prohibited. Please use your discretion when posting links. Links to third-party games and applications not created by A Thinking Ape are also prohibited.

    Harassment
Harassing or encouraging others to harass a specific person is prohibited. Threads created solely to flame, insult, or harass another player will be removed. However, threads created to declare war on others, as well as the act of farming (repeatedly attacking a player) are not considered as harassment.

    Creating a Disturbance
Please refrain from posting with the intention of disrupting or otherwise causing a thread to become off-topic. This includes posts that are intended to troll, flame or bait users in an attempt to provoke them.

    Impersonation
Intentionally impersonating another person, be they a player, moderator, or an A Thinking Ape staff member is prohibited.

    False Information
Spreading false or misleading information about the game (mechanics, rules, etc) as well as A Thinking Ape with the intention of creating conflict or deceiving others is prohibited.

    Customer Support
Requests for support in regards to a specific problem or account should be submitted to the customer support team via the in-game help funciton. Suggestions should be posted in the Ideas + Feature Requests forum.

Posting copies of conversations with support is also not permitted as this is a personal dialogue between the player and the support team and often contains personal or account related information.

    Reporting Abuse
The forums are not the place to accuse or report players and posts doing so will be removed. If you would like to report a player for violating the rules please do so by contacting a Moderator in game or emailing support@athinkingape.com directly. Be sure to explain the abuse in detail and provide any evidence you may have.

These rules are not all-inclusive, and are subject to change without notice. Any action taken against an offender is done at the moderator’s discretion and may include (but is not limited to) a temporary forum suspension, permanent forum ban, and in extreme cases action being taken against your in-game account.
