Where are you seeing build tokens on the list? Several other types of tokens were removed, but no build ones.

Good catch, I missed that. I believe that would be from an old event type where you could tear down/rebuild buildings free of effective charge (if this is an incomplete explanation, someone please correct me as I missed those events personally). The modern building tokens all have specific names like "lowland crestplate" though, rather than reusing the generic "build token" name.
