The punishment is from ATA’s support team, usually activated by moderators. Some silences are distributed by support themselves. Every silence is reviewed by support.

 

If you are taking musang ideas seriously you lost your fuckin mind.

 

Lol morons all he's suggesting is that there be a visible spell showing he's silenced so he doesn't get accused of being inactive for not responding in cc.. Not that great an idea.
