I would like to propose that the devs allow: Selling building tokens for gold or nobility. This would keep players from accumulating too many of one type of building token. If the player already has the buildings complete, chances are they are not going to tear down their build to rebuild it. Trading building tokens to other players. This would allow players to grow much faster. Trading building tokens in for tokens in a different land area. This would allow players to trade in their tokens towards tokens in another land area of their choice. For example, if you have an abundance of low land tokens and you need tokens for the Osman Rai lands, you can trade in your low land tokens in for Osman Rai tokens.
Can't support the nob trade option. Way to easy to exploit. Trading to other players could be fun but easy to abuse. However converting to other tokens definitely support
Basically anything.m can be abused now with all the alts. Anything you do is going to get abused because alts are allowed in this game
Just rebuild buildings and get the 20% refund. Pain in the ass depending on what tier you build to (for optimal gold), but can be done.

If you build/destroy lower level buildings, they give much better gold. It just takes a good while longer.
