Building's Effect on Plunder

People keep asking me for plunder values of buildings and will spy buildings reduce their plunder, etc.
To date there is no accurate plunder formula and other guides showing building "Plunder Values" are incorrect.

Without getting into a long discussion about non-linear reverse exponential equations the best I can offer is the following:
- ALL BUILDINGS INCREASE YOUR PLUNDER!
- Becoming Stronger decreases your Bonus from Allies.

- Some buildings have a very high plunder per stat bonus (ie. Guilds)
- Some buildings do not (ie. SoS)

- When replacing a "High plunder per stat" building with a "lower plunder per stat" building sometimes the strength increase lowers your bonus from allies more than the building's plunder bonus compensates for (this is often seen with guild conversion to SOS or VOL)

- As you get stronger the rest of your build helps protect you from this reduction to ally plunder and eventually even the low plunder per stat building increase your plunder.

- a 48 SOS hansel makes more per hit than a 48 guild hansel (though not much more)
- I assume that a 48 Vol hansel makes more per hit than a 48 SoS hansel (but have not tested)

- Also note that EB reward is based on strength of action so stronger buildings will make more on rewards than weaker builds regardless of "per-hit" plunder.

Nobility Turn-In Values

When you have 26 lands or fewer the Nobility Turn In Rate is:
7% of Next Land Price
or
5% of highest Value Building
Whichever is bigger.
For Example if you are on your 24th Land the next land costs 3bil. 7% is 210m so that is the nobility turn in value.
However: if you have a level 3 SoS on one of those lands that building is worth 27.72b (3.96+7.92+15.84 = 27.72b). 5% is 1.386b so that is the is the nobility turn-in value.


Starting with the first T4L3/SoS Level 3 you build on land #27 Nobility Turn-in starts to go up again every land you buy & Every T4/SoS you build & Upgrade.
Each land you explore from here on out increases the Nobility Turn-in value in by 13m per 15 nob
Each Level 1 Tier 4 or SoS you build from here on out increases the Nobility Turn-in value in by 11-12m per 15 nob
Each Tier 4 or SoS you upgrade to Level 2 from here on out increases the Nobility Turn-in value in by 11-12m per 15 nob
Each Tier 4 or SoS you upgrade to Level 3 from here on out increases the Nobility Turn-in value in by 18-19m per 15 nob

(Note: Building T3 or Guilds has no effect on Nobility in the Highlands)


Here is a complete list of the Nobility Turn-In Values based on having Level 3 T4/SoS buildings:
Land 1-26 + 1+ T4L3 will make 15 nobility = 1,312,000,000
Land 1-26 + 1+ SoS3 will make 15 nobility = 1,386,000,000
Land 27 + 26 LvL3 will make 15 nobility = 1,404,000,000
Land 28 + 26 LvL3 + empty land will make 15 nobility = 1,417,000,000
Land 28 + 26 LvL3 + 1 LvL1 will make 15 nobility = 1,428,000,000
Land 28 + 26 LvL3 + 1 LvL2 will make 15 nobility = 1,440,000,000
Land 28 + 27 LvL3 will make 15 nobility = 1,458,000,000
Land 29 + 27 LvL3 + empty land will make 15 nobility = 1,471,000,000
Land 29 + 27 LvL3 + 1 LvL1 will make 15 nobility = 1,483,000,000

T4BC First Hit Plunder Data

Here is first hit plunder for each pure build.
    - Hitter has level 2 castle
    - Hitter was 50 Land HLBC
    - Hitter had Max Troops
    - Hitter had Max Plunder
    - Hitter hit the same Target
    - Target used Max Def Pots
    - Target was 50 Land HLBC Troop Build (not an OSF)

As you can see the plunder is VERY similar.

Conclusion: Build T4 based on play style not plunder. At T4BC the differences in plunder are not that great.

Towers/Fortresses may not give any plunder. :evil:
Towers/Fortresses may not give any troops. :o
Towers/Fortresses may be the bane to the pWar Generation as they slow growth. :roll:

But...
what they do give is
a static defense bonus. :mrgreen:

By that I mean the following:
    Regular Troop based building's defense is tied to your troops.
    Go ahead & check. If you use up all your spies you will have 0 Spy defense.
    This is why you can steal an all spy OSF. At 0 troops he has 0 spy defense.
    Towers however have no troops. Their Defense is static.
    The bonus to defense from a tower is the same at 0 troops as it is at full troops.
    This holds true for Defense, as well as Spy Defense, Towers/Fortresses
So if you are in a war, Towers can be a life saver when fighting near or above pin as they are unaffected by troop level. :shock:

HolyTrinity also pointed out to me that attacks/spy attacks are absorbed in the following order:
    :arrow: Defense/Spy Defense (amplified by ProPacks & Reset bonuses)
    :arrow: Bonus from your banner (tiny though it may be)
    :arrow: Allies Defense/Spy Defense Bonus
    :arrow: Defense/Spy Defense Potions :!:
Since Towers give a static defense they could have a big effect on the number of potions you lose defending from an attack saving you big money in a war.



To prove the above here is a screen shot of my stats with my spy troops pinned at 0.

I have 3 Temples of Clarity (Max Spy Def Fortress)
Notice even though I am at 0% spies I have a 14.6m+ Spy defense (which in my case is equal to almost a 20m spy defense due to my reset & Propack bonuses).

Unless you have a great defense bonus from allies, Towers are awesome in a real fight.

( :idea: Something to consider, especially when PvE starts fighting back :idea: .) Just sayin.
