Feb 13 indi war clan : Fiendish Hunters WR2 with 150 actions then 3 hours later, devs gives me a 3 days shattered sword and says they don't provide any e-mail support, so I don't know how to let devs lift the sword I know devs want to ban me for age but u just need a correct reason, not an inactive sword for a player who has the most actions in that war lol
Seeing as this is an issue between you and support there's no need to post it here as nobody can help you here. If you were given a shattered sword it's for disruptive or abusive warring. This can be about (but not limited to) inactivity, moling, spam and other types of disruptive behaviour. There's the chance it was given to you by mistake although I'd say that's fairly slim with how good the support team are. If you have any further questions please ask me and I'll see what I can do.
